Animal poster: The jaguar, by Sergi Bertolín, Enric Botella and Dani López




Jaguars have tan or orange skin with distinctive black spots.Jaguars can weigh 45kg to 113kg and their size can be 1,8 m large and 91 cm high.


Jaguar usually lives in the basin of the rivers like the Amazonia in South-American countries like Brazil or Uruguay.


Jaguars are carnivore animals and they usually kill large animals like tapirs, peccaries or capybaras. Jaguars are nice swimmers and they can kill animals easily. Wild Jaguars live for between 12 and 15 years.


Jaguars are in danger of extinction because farmers kill them because sometimes jaguars kill their animals.
